NACD SELECTS EAGLE GROUP AND COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS GROUP
AS Responsible Distribution VERIFIERS
The National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) has selected Eagle Group USA, Inc. and Compliance Solutions Group LLC as the independent verifiers for Responsible Distribution’s 4th three-year cycle, which begins on July 1, 2010. Both Eagle Group and Compliance Solutions Group are the current verifiers for NACD performing onsite verifications for NACD member and Chemical Handler Affiliate companies. These verifications ensure that those NACD companies adhere to Responsible Distribution’s Code of Management Practice and follow the industry’s widely accepted environmental, health, safety, and security (EHS&S) performance areas.

Successfully demonstrating implementation of EHS&S policies and procedures under Responsible Distribution’s Code of Management Practice to an independent third-party verifier has been a condition of membership in NACD since 1997.
Responsible Distribution Verification (RDV) is required once every thirty-six months.
