TL 9000 - Quality Management System

TL 9000 was created by QuEST (Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications) Forum.

The intent of this standard is to apply a consistent set of quality system requirements and metrics that will help provide telecommunications users with faster, better and more cost-effective services.

TL 9000 Metrics Workshop - This course is designed to address the Metrics requirements of the TL 9000 management system. 0.8 CEUs

TL 9000 Overview - Reviews the benefits of TL 9000 to the organization.  Gives an introductory education of the conformance requirements. 0.4 to 0.8 CEUs

Internal Auditor Training - This training is geared to Quality Management Systems and will be taught using the TL-9000 standard. 2.4 CEUs

Quality Management System Implementation - This is a workshop dedicated to how to implement a Quality Management System (We will utilize the TL-9000 standard and discuss the specifics of its implementation).
