Statistical Process Control (SPC) Workshop
Full day workshop
Workshop Objectives:
- Understand natural and assignable variation and the importance of statistical thinking
- Understand what Statistical Process Control (SPC) is and how to apply SPC in relation to your business, customer requirements and the ISO 9000 based standards (such as ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100, or TL9000)
- Understand how to construct and analyze various SPC charts and how to implement them within your organization
- Understand how product specifications relate to process variations through the use of capability indices
Who Should Attend?
This course is intended for all persons who are responsible for a manufacturing or a business process. The course provides instruction on what SPC is and how to apply SPC to any process for evaluation and continual improvement.
