Service Statistical Process Control (SPC) Workshop
Course Objectives:
- Understand natural and assignable variation and the importance of statistical thinking
- Understand what Statistical Process Control (SPC) is and how to apply SPC in relation to your business, customer requirements and the ISO 9000 based standards (such as ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, Aerospace, or TL9000)
- Understand how to construct and analyze various SPC charts and how to implement them within your organization
Who Should Attend?
Service SPC is for service companies or for departments, which do not manufacture parts or equipment. The course provides instruction on how to apply SPC to data used to evaluate progress on company or department measurables and processes.
