Many organizations find it more cost effective to bring Eagle Group in to conduct their audits once or twice per year than to maintain their own auditor program. Some of the benefits include:
- No need to maintain auditor training programs - All of our auditors are qualified/credentialed and maintain their skills on an ongoing basis;
- Multiple standards can be audited at one time - Our auditors are trained in multiple standards and fields (Quality, Safety, Environment and Security), which can reduce redundancy and the number of audits;
- Process Auditing - Our auditors are skilled in process auditing and typically can audit all your processes in one to three days depending on complexity of your systems; and
- Minimal impact on your staff - Typically for each audit you are tying up the auditor and the auditee, sometimes multiple times.
Management Representative Support/Temporary Services - Is your Management Representative overwhelmed? On Parental/Medical Leave? Are you expanding your Management Services (adding another standard) and need help through implementation? We can help! Our experienced staff can hit the ground running and help you through your transition with as much or as little support as you need whether it is one day a month or twenty days a month.
