Heather has BS in Scientific and Technical Communication and has assisted many clients in creating their management system documentation for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14000. She has facilitated Internal Quality Auditor and Internal Environmental Auditor training for companies in many different industries. As an RAB-trained Lead Assessor, she has performed audits in a broad range of industries using a variety of quality & environmental standards. As the Management Representative for an automotive supplier, Heather successfully facilitated and maintained a QS9000/ISO 9001 registration.
