Business Operating System (BOS) or Quality Operating System (QOS)
Full day course utilizing your company information.
Course Objectives:
- Understand where the Business/Quality Operating System (BOS/QOS) fits into the ISO 9001 based systems such as ISO 13485, or ISO/TS 16949 Quality System Requirements.
- Understand the elements that make up the BOS/QOS.
- Understand the actions needed to implement an effective BOS/QOS.
- Create an action plan for implementing an effective BOS/QOS within their organization.
