ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Training
(Meets Ford, GM and Chrysler Customer-Specific Requirements)
This workshop is offered in a three or four day format, and support meeting the Chrysler, Ford and GM requirements.
Workshop Objectives:
- Understand how to apply the ISO/TS 16949 audit requirements with your Internal Audit Program
- Understand and learn to apply the Automotive Oriented Processes approach to auditing
- Understand and develop necessary skills to prepare and conduct an automotive process audit
- Understand and apply Automotive Customer-specific Requirements (Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors)
- Make sure the students understand the Core Tools used in automotive processes (this is optional but may be included in the 3 day format).
Who Should Attend?
Current Quality Management Representatives and other assigned Quality staff responsible for an organization’s ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management Systems
Individuals responsible for documenting and supporting Quality Management System processes, procedures, job instructions, forms, etc.
Current and newly assigned Quality Management System internal auditors
Prerequisite:
For the workshop the students should have a general awareness of the related core tools (e.g. APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and Control Plans)
Note: This meet the general requirements and does not necessarily address additional assessment requirements that a Customer-Specific Requirement could call out, but will provide the skills to perform as an Internal Auditor.
