Advanced Internal Auditor Training

Objectives

• Discuss past audit experiences, both good and bad.
• Fine tune techniques for continuous improvement situations and addressing quality system nonconformance.
• Understand the role of the internal auditor as a promoter of continuous improvement of systems in an ISO type management system.
• Take the skills for identification of nonconformance to a higher level of detail and understanding, allowing the auditors to assist with the corrective and/or preventive action development.
