Advanced Internal Auditor Training
Objectives
- Discuss past audit experiences, both good and bad.
- Fine tune techniques for continuous improvement situations and addressing quality system nonconformance.
- Understand the role of the internal auditor as a promoter of continuous improvement of systems in an ISO type management system.
- Take the skills for identification of nonconformance to a higher level of detail and understanding, allowing the auditors to assist with the corrective and/or preventive action development.
