- Students will learn and understand the Eight Disciplines (Global 8-D) process
- Correlate the Eight Disciplines process with the Corrective and Preventive action process defined within a management system
- Identify how team problem solving benefits your organization
- Learn to implement the Eight Discipline process and the tools that are used to complete the process
